No returns are accepted. All sales are final. For fabrics: We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics. Exception to the return policy: In the event of an error on our part such as wrong item sent you must contact us via e-mail within 3 days from the date of receipt, we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We will be unable to correct any order after the 3 day period. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions about any of our items.
We process payments through PayPal or STRIPE.
Yes. Shipping is available to some international countries. Check our shipping calculator to see if your country is one we ship to. If your country is not listed, contact us to see if we can fulfill the order.
We offer free shipping on certain "in store" items for US addresses only. International purchases will incur a shipping charge. Custom orders will incur a shipping charge. Shipping is done through USPS and on occasion UPS or FedEx will be used. Tracking information is available upon request and must be noted at check out. Orders will not be shipped until all monies are received.

There is a 1 yard minimum cut for all fabrics we sell, unless it is noted as being sold as a specific piece "Or" prior arrangements for a specific amount are made.
Absolutely. If there is a fabric you want and we don't have enough in our stock, we can order more for you if available through our vendors.
